Problem with one camera

I installed 4 arlo wireless cameras and one seems to have problems.It seems to be in a magnified mode

and will not aim at what you want .I need help to make the proper adjustments or is the camera defective

and if so how do i exchange it . Thank you for any help.

Check to make sure the camera is not set to zoom on the pan & zoom feature. You can find this feature by navigating to Settings, My Devices and selecting the name of the affected camera. Make sure the green box fills the entire field of view for what you would like the camera to display.
