It was pretty good, but I had to restart the base station EVERY day or it would go offiline. Within a couple of weeks, Netgear fixed the issue and I had flawless service.....UNTIL!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>With this latest update my cameras (I now have three) are going offline quite often - resetting the base station is a temporary fix, at best. I have submitted a ticket with support - and am awaiting an answer - I received an update this morning stating they need more time (I am guessing I am not the only one with issues).</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>What did you guys do?!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The system has essentially become unusable - and I even pre-ordered the new indoor camera (Arlo-Q) - should I cancel that order?
