 Are you using a device on the same network as the Arlo system when trying to view (PC or mobile device) or are you trying to view from a different network (3g/4g connection)? This could be due to slow internet speeds on the device used to view or on the network that the Arlo system is set up on. What are you download/upload speeds?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought an arlo system yesterday and already thinking about returning it. Ive had nothing but camera issues ever since I hooked it up! Neither camera will let me watch a live feed and then says session has timed out. Not to mention Ive synced both cameras numerous times and that still hasnt done a damn thing. And if not one but both sometimes have a black screen! Then says system has timed out!! WTF think these system is better off on the store shelf!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
