can not sync the cameras

the synclight on the base is not coming on( the third lamp)so i can not sync the cameras, the two first light is on. i have tried reset it many times and now idont know what to do.

any ideas out there?

Try just briefly (<1 second) using the sync button. You used to need to hold it longer but newer firmware has changed the response time.

that works,now its blinking like it shoud after one sec pushing the sync button but no camera is shoving up on the phone or the laptopscreen

I assume you also pushed the camera sync button? What did the camera LED do? Does it have fresh batteries? Might be worth swapping them with another set, perhaps from a working camera.
