This system was very difficult to operate as well as expensive now it's impossible to understand and operate !

I wasn't able to figure out the new app format I was able to turn on and off the system under the old format to save battery power now I can't even do that my sister is looking email to see if she can figure it out she agrees with me this system we installed to help our aging Mother is not user frindly paid Best Buy geek squad $100 to show me how to do what little I do know!

HDmczeal,

You can still easily disable motion detection/recording by navigating to modes and setting the active mode to "disarmed". This will turn off motion detection.
