&lt;P&gt;Do you get any error messages when entering your email address after clicking the forgot link?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also be sure your email provider is not filtering the password reset email to your spam folder.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While troubleshooting numerous issues post update, i logged out and haven't been able to log back in. I&amp;nbsp;clicked on the "forgot" button to reset my password but i've yet to receive an email with the link - i've double checked spam folder, etc. &amp;nbsp;I'm using Safari/Mac.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this typically take a while or is something else afoot? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't have an answer for you (the email should be quick) but a phone call may be the fastest way to get it reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fair enough...figured email should be quick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still haven't received it...but managed to log back in so it's no longer an issue.
