I just set-up my 3 camera system. Two of the three are in color and one is in black and white. How do I change that one to color?

B&W is night vision. Increase the light level for color. If it's dark enough you should see the IR illuminators light up the scene.

Is there a desktop icon so you can view the pictures?

How do you access the cloud to view?

They default to color if there is enough light

Go to HTTS://arlo.netgear.com

How do you access the cloud to view?

By playing back one of the recorded videos or snapshot via apps for IOS/Android or the web as above
