Arlo camera off and on works..Initially recorded every minute and viewable in library. Now, after multiple repositions, syncing, reinstall, etc. Can only get live feedback, maybe one video after repositioning/resyncing and then nothing. Have tried everything, adjust to manual, alarm on, etc etc Please help.

This is the second unit, after this I return it and go to something with wires.

Are you seeing this behavior across all cameras? Have you tried viewing the library from different browsers/devices? Do you get the same results?

For 14 minutes my cameras did not record although someone who had just walked past them was walking back and would have been detected. Why was this? Can it be fixed?

Were you live streaming at that time? Motion detection is is temporarily disabled during live streams.
