I am trying to upgrade my plan to accomodate 6 cameras, but I keep getting an error message. Can someone please help?

Yes I am still trying to upgrade my plan and its not working. I even tried through my desktop. Please help me upgrade it. I want to go to the premier plan instead of the standard.
