Try logging out and back in. Use a different viewer (app or browser) and/or use a different browser. There were also some server issues recently - perhaps you've been bitten. What happens if you use the link in the notification email?

Cameras are "offline" yet I still get email alerts when motion is detected?

So I still get email alerts with 1 minute of video when a camera detects motion, but when I go to view live feeds, I'm told that my cameras are "offline". This seems inconsistent to me, and the other "offline camera" troubleshooting steps don't seem to apply to this scenario. Any insights appreciated.

I am facing the same issue as well. Get email alerts and alerts from iphone app whenever there is a motion detected and recording happens. I can evern view the recording. But cannot view the camera online either through iphone app or through browser. Not able to change the mode as well, since it shows the base station status as offline. weird and irritating. Any solution?

Seems like the usual answer is to remove the camera in Settings and then resync it.
