Hi,

We regularly get this message on our smartphone Arlo app:

Your Arlo device appears offline.

Even when we know it is on and connected to the internet, the app gives us this message.

Would you know what the problem is?

There have been some issues with the servers. Also, when this happens, be sure to check the LEDs on the front of the base and verify that all are lit and green, especially the Internet one.

I get the message on my iphone arlo appears offline but the base station is green lights. Can't delete files from library. Any ideas please? Model number VMB3000. Only does this on one I-phone.

If it's only one device, it's something about that device. Quick try - reinstall the app? Did that help?
