Basestation will not default reset

I been having trouble with 2nd basestation always going offline, so I wanted to factory default reset (reset & sync till amber lamps flash) yet even holding to 2 buttons for 2-3 minutes it does not reset? any other options?

With the new firmware, reset is done using only the reset button. Don't use the Sync button at all.

Base power LED stay amber. Will not reset.

If the system is still within the store's return policy, exchange it for a new system. Otherwise a trouble ticket, using the Support link at the top here, will be needed for an RMA.
