      <description>&lt;P&gt;I been having trouble with 2nd basestation always going offline, so I wanted to factory default reset (reset &amp;amp; sync till amber lamps flash) yet even holding to 2 buttons for 2-3 minutes it does not reset? any other options?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the new firmware, reset is done using only the reset button. Don't use the Sync button at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
