Arlo doesn't load live videos

Goodmorning,
We have a base station with three cameras connected to it, all synked correctly. However when we try to visualize the videos live from the app, it doesn't work, it keeps loading forever but never shows the videos. This is the second base station we change, desperate!thanks for any support!

Have you tried another device with the app loaded? How about a browser? You can try logging out and back in or reinstall the app, too.

We tried viewing the cameras from computer, app on iPhone and app on Samsung... Never works... We also tried reinstalling the app..: still nothing...

Try using the power switch on the base.
