Push notifications on ios 9.2.1 and arlo ap version 2.0.1

I am not recieving push notifications on my apple 6s+ even though I have notifications enabled. I am running ios 9.2.1 and the Arlo ap version 2.0.1. I don't know what to do! I have 'restarted' my phone and the device on the arlo ap but it doesn't seem to help!

Enabled notifications where? There's two places - the phone's app settings and inside the app or browser. For the latter, choose the Mode tab, select system, and edit your modes to enable notifications.

I had same issue on iPhone 6 following latest app update. Had to go in and reset "push notification" on each rule. (remember to "Save" after enabling)
