I have a problem after 7 days the email alert not working and on my personal setting to confirm email address is confirmed but still not working?

Have you powered down the Base ( power button ) and rebooted?

As you instructed someone else I turned it off and on again but still no emails. The setting says email alert is activated. I've set it to 98% sensitivity and been through the confirmation process.

I also don't know where to see video recordings of movement.

Check the email address again and verify the check mark is green and not black. Might be my screen/eyes but I can find it a bit difficult to tell the difference quickly. Also, if you make a change, be sure to hit Save twice on the way out - once for the email and another for the rule.

I guess you could also try turning off the email notifications, saving back to the Settings screen and then re-enabling it to try to force it. It's not obvious this is what you did when you turned it off and back on.
