      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using IOS app and Chrome browsers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My camera get a motion detection (Orange man) and give me notification but recording never show and I don't have LIVE access in "cameras".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see more issues like this and no real solutions. I not sure if I need return my camera! Can you help me please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FIREWARE 1.2.2688&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HARWARE H7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SERIAL# 48B45B7U0B8FO&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a known issue and Netgear is aware of it. For the time being you'll have to rely on the direct links in the notification emails until a fix has been made available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many people report that the videos will eventually show (after a long delay of several hours) in the library when viewing in a web browser, but they remain missing/hidden when viewed in the iPhone or Android apps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
