      <title>Can not access scheduler on my phone.</title>

      <description>Every since I updated phone app I can not go into "mode" to update schedule. It says "getting status" and never loads. I did not have this problem before update. Very frustrating! What can I do?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1) Log out and back in. &amp;nbsp;Did that help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Reinstall the app, if that's what you're using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Try the browser if using the app. &amp;nbsp;If that works, it's something about your app. &amp;nbsp;If you're using a browser, try a different one and/or the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any of these works, you need to figure out what's up with the problem one. &amp;nbsp;It's usually simple.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I tried logging out and back in and I also reinstalled app. But I still have the problem. What else can I do?</description>
