Arlo not recording human movement!

I just purchased and installed 2 Arlo cameras outside. They trigger on cars going by but not human movement!! Any suggestions?

One of the more common things I see are users trying to cover to much area. IMO, the PIR that senses ( ir or refection of same ) is good for people out to a max of about 20ft...and better if the motion is accross the field of view ( as the sensor is more sensitive on the edges )

So, ( not knowing aiming point ) I'd lower the angle of the camera down a bit to concentrate of the people movement
