      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 of my 3 cameras show up &amp;nbsp;with the last image and how long ago it was taken. &amp;nbsp;The 3rd one only show a green box and the time is from when I intalled it almost a month ago. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All three capture video and motion well - just the one always show's green box. &amp;nbsp;Same on other computers, and other phones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JK&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using g the app or browser, remove the camera in Settings and try to re-sync it. If that doesn't work with a new set of batteries, create a trouble ticket for a possible RMA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; I have replaced the batteries, re-synched the camera (twice) and still get the same performance.&amp;nbsp; The camera works--it records when it detects motion.&amp;nbsp; There is no image, just a green box when not recording.&amp;nbsp; I have a total of four cameras--three with an image, one without.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have the same issue with two of my cameras. . I added 4 cameras to my initial 3 camera system. . The first 2 new cameras worked with no issues but the last 2 additions are giving me the Green screen. Will try the "remove and resync" process...</description>

 &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;
 Did you remove the camera before attempt ting to resync? Settings &amp;gt; My Device &amp;gt; click affected camera &amp;gt; Remove Device. After removing the device, go back through the sync process. Once the camera is synced, Live stream the camera and test to make sure the thumbnail is displayed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I have the same issue added a 5th camera and all it shows is a green screen and 0 recordings. It is recording on motion just like the other four. It has always just showing the green screen was 0 Recordings. I have removed it Andrey synced it twice and still the same results. Obviously I am NOT the only one with this issue!
