How can i setup my cameras to record, but not email me any notices?

Edit the rules for each camera and make sure you have e-mail notifications disabled. You can find the rules for each camera by clicking the pencil icon next to the mode you use for motion detection. Click edit on the rule you wish to change, here you will find the option to enable/disable e-mail notifications. Be sure to save once you have made the changes and repeat for each camera you do not want to send e-mail notifications.

I cannot find what are you talking about. How do i get to the camera motion mode?

Camera motion mode? Not sure what you're asking. Generally, motion detection, etc. is in the Mode tab, click on your base station and check out the various modes. Don't edit the default modes - create your own so the settings are correct. Be sure to save at every available possibility.
