Heck, Every online retailer in USA allows you to ship to a different address. I use the product for security at a vacation home. I'm at the location for a short period and can't wait for the 5 day shipping, but they won't let me ship to the address overnight because the address is different from the credit card address. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid nearly $500 for four camera's. One is defective, and they act like they are new to customer service.
