A quick and (somewhat) painless thing to try is to power cycle the base and maybe open and close the camera battery doors. Does that help?

We just got our cameras a few days ago and until tonight they were working perfectly. Now it won't let me see the live feed, it just shows the loading symbol and then says, "unable to show. Please try again." Also, I keep getting motion detection notifications, and I can see that there are videos in my library (some are in night vision, some are not, some are 10 seconds, some are a minute), but when I try to watch them they are choppy, only half of the screen is visible and it won't play the entire video. Any ideas?

We figured it out, the camera was too far away from the base. Thanks for the tip.
