I can't access the System option (it's greyed out) when I clck on Settings. I'm trying to set manage the storage but can't access the System/Preferences.

Also, there is a triange on my Profile option and when i access Profile there is a message to CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL TO RECEIVE EMAIL ALERTS. I did confirm the email but the warning persists. I dont know if that has anything to do with not enabling System or Account which is also not available

System and Account are headings, not something you click on. The items below System and Account are what you can click on. There's also no need to manage storage since there's no longer a limit on space, only time.

Don't know what to tell you about the email verification. It's been a long time since I did that and maybe the process has changed. What steps are you taking? Do you get an email with a link in it that has to be clicked and acted on? Maybe you haven't followed all the steps.
