Hi Everyone. I have 15 Arlo cameras setup with an Alro base station. I also have a Netgear R7000 (1900) running V1.0.6.28_1.1.83 firmware. My R7000 keeps exploding so I wanted to get rid of the Arlo base station to eliminate its interference. I turned on the "Arlo" feature on the R7000 and I attached a camera to it. I can see that the camera is attached to it. When I go through either the Arlo website or the Arlo iPhone app and try to add the router under the "Add New Device", it just sits there for a few minutes under "Discovering your device. Please Wait." It eventually times out, and presents me with information on how to turn Arlo on on my router.

I can see an "Netgear79-arlo_xxxxxx" (xxxxxx being some number) as a wifi network. I tried unplugging the Arlo base station and that did nothing either.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks,

Sam

Good news. I checked my base station and it was there. Who knows about the buggy software but it's up, so I am happy.
