Cannot get two cameras to sync!

I purchased the arlo wireless system with 3 cameras from Sam's Club. When we got it I was only able to get one of the cameras to sync before leaving for work out of town. I enjoyed the use of the camera system even though I could only get one to work. Back home and have been trying to TWO DAYS and reading all the hints on here to get the other two cameras to sync. I reset the base after reading that might work. It now won't SYNC ANY of the cameras. I am about to head back to Sam's with the system even though I really liked it. HELP.

All i can do is step you thru the best way to get it to work...

First go into the base SETTINGS and pick camera , then REMOVE DEVICE ( both cameras )

Do a RESET of the base by holding in the reset button only( paperclip) , for about 10 seconds till the base leds flash amber.

Open and close the battery doors...make sure batteries are goo and in correctly

Bring back the cameras as NEW, make sure its a QUICK press only on the base's sync button, then a few secs later push the camera sync button

Hope this works
