You can get a mount specifically made for the Arlo Wire-Free cameras or one of the many standard camera mounts made by other suppliers as jguerdat suggests. For more information take a look at this article: Where can I buy theft-resistant, threaded Arlo Wire-Free camera mounts?

I am concerned about people hacking into the camera system and changing the location of the camera. Is there a way to fix the location of the camera so that it can not be moved?

There's various threads and, I believe, an FAQ that talk about threaded camera mounts for you to search for. Basically, any standard camera mount using a 1/4-20 thread will work. There's about 300,000,000 such mounts out there so check them out until you find one to your liking. Note that any of them can be removed or the camera removed from the mount if one is so inclined. You can use a thread locker such as LocTite but be aware that some are more permanent than others, making battery changes an issue.
