      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a 2nd arlo system, base station and cameras, &amp;nbsp;now trying to setup in Sweden, I have a first set in Switzerland, can't quit the first registration and setup my new system! &amp;nbsp;The device is not detected at all, I have tried to log out from my first system but no result. HELP&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karin&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have the same problem. I tried to configure the second system with my original account and it wouldn't discover. Now I can't figure out how to create a new account with a new email. It seems the the base station has been bound to my original account. Are they forcing me into Elite purchasing?</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are having trouble claiming your base station, try factory resetting your base station by pressing and holding the reset button until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED and try again.&lt;/P&gt;
