There's nothing built-in that geofences Arlo. Having the cameras go offline when you leave implies either a schedule that turns off the cameras or an issue with how you check them when you're away. Are you using the app or a browser when away? Have you tried the other? When at home, can you switch your phone between WiFi and 3/4G and recreate the issue?

Set everything up last night and it worked fine. As soon as I leave the house, all cameras appear to go offline. Every time I try to restart the base, I get message saying message service is currently down. Been that way for last four hours. Does Messaging service work at all? Why are my cameras telling me they're offline?

That sounds like an issue with your phone. Are you using Wi-Fi at home? Seems like the switch from WiFi to cell service is causing an issue. Restarting your phone and/or reinstalling the app may help. What phone and OS version?

The LEDs shouldn't be flashing. You should have 3 green LEDs - power, Internet and camera. Only one is on and it's amber? Turn the base off using the power swithc or unplug the unit and see what happens. Do the 3 LEDs now show green?

I have the same issue, when I leave the house all 3 of the cameras go off line. When I come home they go back online. I bought a 2 camera package and worked fine for a few weeks. I added an add on single as the 3rd camera and that's when the issue started.
