I am experiencing the same problem. My system was working with one camera. I added a second and all the web page would say is ...

We see you've synced a new camera.

Your service plan supports 5 cameras.

UPGRADE PLAN >

and start viewing your new camera right away.

If I'm good for 5 cameras, having only two should not require an upgrade. Now nothing works. All three lights are lit. The cameras are synced. But there is no feed picture any more on the computer or my phone.

I tried turning off and retarting. And I've tried resetting. Neither worked.

I am having this issue too. Unfortunately, somebody drove into my driveway tonight. I saw them drive in with the front camera. Was waiting for the back camera to activate. I it did not. I was teaching a class and could not run home. Thankfully it ended up being someone I knew and they were driving a new car. I just went home and changed the batteries, reset and resynced the cameras and the back camera gives me nothing but a grey screen and doesn't go live. I push live on the app and the camera clicks on but no picture and an error banner on the top of my screen says camera can not be viewed. On Friday I will have owned this system a whole three weeks. Do you think the camera died? It has fresh batteries. Is there a warranty for defects?

You say you reset and resynced - did you actually use the reset button or just the power switch? Regardless, try switching the cameras around temporarily - does the problem follow the camera or the position? If it's the position, it might be a poor connection between the camera and base.

You might also consider removing the camera entirely from the system by navigating to Settings > My devices > Select the affected camera > Remove Device. Power cycle the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment door and then go through the sync process. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues.

Well, it's obvious. If you've sinned, you have to ask for redemption first. See your local priest, then reset your base station. It should work after that.

I'm having the same issue. I have 3 cameras that work the 4th one syncs, gives a picture, I can go live with the camera, walk to the location and mount the camera fine. Once I pause the camera and try to view it again everything is extremely dark and I mean pitch black on the screen however it will show bright reflections if you have one close enough (roof of silver colored SUV within 6 feet of camera on sunny day)
