Base Station "sync" Button doesn't do anything, no matter how long I press it.

My base station's sync button doesn't do anything at all, and I've already reset it multiple times, unpluged it, etc. I have 8 other cameras already connected and I'm using the elite subscription, not sure what else I can do at this point. Please help

Explain what you mean. Pressing the sync button doesn't cause the camera LED to flash? Are you pressing only briefly (<1 second) or holding it down? Don't do the latter - it won't work.

Yes, the sync light doesn't blink, it just stays solid. I've tried both, multiple times.

Can you feel a click when pressing? I suspect you have a hardware issue. You may want to exchange the system at the store or contact support using the Support link at the top here to open a case for more help and a possible RMA.
