      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I purchased an additional camera. Immediately after the blinking blue light showing it synced the light &amp;nbsp;blinked orange. &amp;nbsp;On the app and web portal it shows the camera is off line. &amp;nbsp;I have rebooted the base, &amp;nbsp;changed the batteries in the new camera, &amp;nbsp; and tried to sync it again (no lights at all now), &amp;nbsp;what else can I do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kelly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning KMK101,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the firmware update (alternating blue and amber LED&amp;nbsp;flashing)&amp;nbsp;process may have gotten&amp;nbsp;interrupted which has been known to cause the Arlo camera to get into a bad state. I recommend contacting our Support Team, they should be able to assist you further in recovering the camera.&lt;/P&gt;
