New cameras not syncing

I purchased 2 extra camera's I synced them but it showed and error. When I went to the program it showed them but in red. I tried taking batteries out etc and finally just deleted the two camera's. Now if I try to sync them nothing happens when I press the sync button on the camera. This is happening with both of them so I assume they still think they are synced. What do I do now.

The sync error may have been due to them updating... I recently went thru similar where the led flashes amber ( fast ) after turning on.

I would try;

1) restart the base station from SETTINGS, BASE SETTING ( let it go till fully completed , takes about 3-4 min max )

then check and make sure Auto Update FW is toggled on

2) open camera battery door for a few seconds

3) close battey door and watch led lights ... left blue light should flash once maybe right led may flash amber not sure

4) push base sync button on side of base ( quick push ) wait till the camera led (bottom base third from left) flashes

5 push Sync btton on camera while within several feet of base..
