Record time 10 seconds and email alerts can't be turned off

Hi,

I've been using Arlo for a while and am pretty familiar with how it works. Recently, it just stopped recording on motion the amount of time I'd set it to (recording 10 seconds on all three cameras) and also sends me email alerts every time it detects motion, even though I have that setting turned off. I've repeatedly tried changing and saving the recording time to different times but it still just keeps recording for 10 seconds and sending me emails. Any ideas how to fix this?

All i can say is the default is ten seconds... and the cameras MUST each be set for email and time to record.

Make sure you are saving properly when changing settings.

Start with a reboot of the base via the power button and then check settings again.

If that doesn't fix it , then I would just do a reset of the base , resync cameras to maybe clean out a bug in the stored settings.
