Base station for Arlo not working

My base station is not working. Only the power light is on despite a million attempts at getting the base station to sync. Cameras cannot see the base station. The base station pops up on my wireless network but it is not discovered by the My Arlo system when I try and discover it. The system worked fine for over a year and then the cameras kept going offline, then I just could not get the base station to populate. I've reset it many times with no result. AGH! I need help.

Have you tried a factory reset using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber?

Yes many times, it does nothing

If it's beyond the store's exchange policy, create a trouble ticket for RMA.
