    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are various things that can cause this. &amp;nbsp;Typically, when I have some sort of display issue, I log out and back in and the problem will clear itself. &amp;nbsp;Can't explain why this helps, just that it does. &amp;nbsp;If that's of no help, try power-cycling the base station. &amp;nbsp;You shouldn't need to do this on a regular basis - if you do, something is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try both the app and a browser. &amp;nbsp;If the browser has an issue, try a different one. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes clearing the browser cache helps, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't connect to the internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I set up the system last night. It worked fine but today it says that it is not connected to the internet.&amp;nbsp; If I move one of the camaras it sends me video however I can't see live video? What gives.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
