Fixed Image not Displaying on one Camera

Quick question on something that has me puzzled. I added a camera while at my vacation home which is working fine really. One nagging issues is with the fixed image from the last recording or view. It does not hold or retain on this new camera. Goes back to a green screen with message "Press button to see your new camera in action" . Wondering if its a setting I bumped or something. Not a huge deal but strange how much I relied on those images.

The usual answer seems to be remove the camera and resync it. Since you're not there, you'll have to wait until you get there again.

Ill be there Friday morning for a furniture delivery so Ill give that a try. Must be something simple because everything else works fine.
