    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Arlo Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately one of my cameras is now experiencing the Purple/Pink video problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This morning the video footage was purple and now the tint has become more severe.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have gone through the recommended troubleshoot settings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Open battery hatch for more than ten seconds, then close - problem still persists&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Take out batteries wait 30 seconds, put them back in - problem still persists&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Remove camera from system settings and resync - seem to have worked at first, but after few minutes unfortunately video footage reverted back to pinkish hue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Night vision mode toggle on and off and save - problem still persists&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if there are any other solutions available, thank you for your time and help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/6155i444B82D4FBDEAAD5/image-size/original?v=lz-1&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Screen Shot 2016-04-09 at 4.22.18 PM.png" title="Screen Shot 2016-04-09 at 4.22.18 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
