    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm having major problems getting an Arlo Cam to pair with an R7000 router (Firmware&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;V1.0.6.54_1.2.3), I seem to have finally paired them but the router isn't listing the camera on the Arlo page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So I've tried to login to the arlo app with my username and password I've used for my netgear.com and all I keep getting is the following message "We can't find your email address in our system. Please check the spelling or try using another email address."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I followed another tip to change e-mail address under my profile on my netgear, tried to sign on to Arlo with that username and same issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anyone advise what I can do to resolve this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Rob&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
