    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are multiple possibilities, some of which are out of your control. &amp;nbsp;For the tings you can work on, make sure your upload speed is at least 1Mbs - use speedtest.net to verify. &amp;nbsp;Also, it's possible the connection between the camera and base is the issue due to interference or distance with walls, etc. blocking signal. &amp;nbsp;If you have multiple cameras, try swapping two around temporarily to see if the problem is with the camera or position.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Recently the recorded videos on one of my cameras started playing back slow, become pixelated, and the images in video run together. What can I do to correct?</description>
