Those are the IR illuminators used for low light scenes. Since the Q is powered, it's always streaming and will turn on the illuminators if necessary even when not recording. If you have paid for the CVR option, you can see this in action since you're then viewing the stream.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If for some reason you don't want this, you can turn off night vision.
