Sync button not operable

Sync button on model: VMS3430 not operable. No light displayed after pressing sync button for 2 seconds. Thank you!

That may be holding the button to long... ( it puts the base into a different mode )

Try and just do a quick press on the base's sync button and then push the camera's button

This didn't solve my install issue, still no lights on router and goes to Amber on camera in 5 seconds...

No lights at all on the base? That's a problem of either bad power supply or base. Return the system to the store and swap for a new one.

As mentioned, if no lights at all, there's more than syncing problems.

The LEDS from left are, POWER - INTERNET - CAMERAS.

If the first two aren't Green, you'l never be able to get the system working. After the first two, then syncing a camera turns the third LED green.

So.... what color are the LEDS on your base?
