      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just bought a new set of arlo couple of days ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After firmware update, the camera seems to be not working..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows that there is problem connecting to the media server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you're just getting started, remove all devices in Settings and use the reset button on the base to perform a factory reset. Open and close battery doors. Now use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base and then sync the cameras. This is a brute force method but may be faster than multiple other steps to accomplish the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
