I have had my wire free cameras setup for over a week now. and since the first day i noticed my internet goes out about 5-10 times a day. I wasnt 100% sure it was caused by Arlo so i disconnected it for 2 days and did not have any drop outs. I connected it again and instantly noticed dropouts. I read through the forums and seen someone saying it was too close to the main modem so i actually moved it to another floor so its closer to the cameras but i still have disconnect problems.

It would be hard to explain how the base could be dropping your Internet connection. Are you saying just WiFi or wired, too? If it's WiFi, the base could be doing something weird to cause this. A trouble ticket would be in order to sort that out.

It drops the wired connection. I only have a few ipads on the wireless and we dont really use it much. It only drops out for about 30 seconds and comes right back. During that time i cant ping anything on my network.

Not sure what to say/suggest. It could be either the router or the base. I think I'd open a trouble ticket since all is well when the base isn't connected.
