    <description>&lt;P&gt;My computer keeps giving me this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your device is not connected. &amp;nbsp;Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My other two cameras are working. &amp;nbsp;I am so confused. &amp;nbsp;I have tried to resync the camera. &amp;nbsp;I have a low, slow, blue light blinking. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Margo L.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Power cycle the base.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Open and close the battery door on the camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) If the camera currently exists in Settings, remove it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Sync the camera again. &amp;nbsp;Be sure to press the sync button on the base for only a second or two. Make sure the base LED is flashing and press the button on the camera briefly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
