I have four cameras model H7. After a week one of them stopped working. The non-working camera has a different version firmware. I brought the camera close to the base station and tried to force anfirmware update, but was un-succesful. Multiple ready cause of base station and camera have not fixed the problem.

Working cameras firmware 1.2.4941

Basem Station firmware 1.7.3_5005

Non-working camera firmware 1.2.2688

Make sure the batteries are fresh - low batteries wont allow an update. Try opening and closing the battery door to reset the camera. If that doesn't help, remove the camera in Settings and resync it. Any luck?

I've recently had trouble forcing a firmware update on an exchanged camera too. I eventually gave up and simply didn't bother about it and let it do its update on its own. By the next day the camera had updated automatically.

Try doing the same and leave the camera alone; eventually it should update on its own. But, as already mentioned, make sure you have a fresh (or near fully charged) set of batteries in it.
