Hi,

I purchased this last week from retailer here in Auckland, I have two seperate issues, One of the camera is not working and another camera batteries showing only two bars ?

One may be defective... other bad batteries?

Why not return them and get a new set?

What behavior is indicating the camera is not working? Do you get no LED behavior after inserting batteries and closing the battery compartment door? This could indicate dead batteries, consider trying a fresh set and please let us know if you continue experiencing the issue.
