    <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s not the doorbell camera that’s acting up it’s viewing the videos that give me the error when I go to the app and try and view them any of them doorbell , side camera it doesn’t matter which camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are going to need to reset the basestation. However, you will need to add each camera back onto the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yea I’m not doing that again done that with the last issue and it ended up being a program issue just like last time. I didn’t have any issues until this last update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
