I had customised my set up with 10 cameras and some custom modes and, in particular, the use of geofencing. This has been broken in the new app. From this morning geofencing simply doesn't work at all and I can't even choose one of my custom modes or geofencing because that's greyed out. I am left with the option of Arm Away, Arm Home and Standby.

The new feed is more difficult to use than the previous way of view images. If I want to filter by an event type it is now click on the (...), select Feed Settings, then select Event Types, then select the actual filters I want, then click < (back), then click Save. What a total drag! This used to be literally click on Filter and select the filters.

This is really a big problem because this is part of my home security and just breaking stuff is unacceptable. I pay for Arlo Secure Plus and without warning Arlo just broke stuff. One final thought for anyone from Arlo who is reading this: you're in the business of trust. I trust that your cameras turn on/off when I tell them to, I trust that you record video when there's movement, I trust that your systems detect people automatically.

You just broke that trust.

Custom modes will be available for all users in the near future. If you want to put how you would like the cameras set up with geofencing we would be more than happy to help with that set up.

Completely agree. Took me ages to figure out custom mode, only to learn that two of my cameras can no longer be customised. One of the cameras has just completely disappeared on app. Furthermore I get a useless notification every time the scheduled on/off happens AND it cannot turned off.
This is (was) my security system and I cannot rely on such a company who for whatever reason decided to leave customers high and dry.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! As soon as I find an alternative my Arlo days are over—unless they go back to old version

Which device is missing from the account? For the notification on mode changes that is being looked into currently. Custom modes is available for all users now, which cameras are you not able to use them on?
