When will arlo update the app to be more user friendly?

As stated in the title, when will there be a more user friendly version of this app. I love the simplicity of the old version. I've dedicated time to the app and trying to learn it multiple times and still can't set my cameras up like they were before. The wording is confusing and it seems like I just go in circles on the app.

Is it me or is this an issue for some others? I don't have time to chat or call and be on the phone tied up with customer service. Just fix the platform to be more user friendly.
