Cameras wont coonect

I have 3 VMB4000 hubs. I have 7 cameras. These all worked with the old App and I had each hub with 2,2 and 3 cameras. No Problem. Ssystem was never used for about 1 year, When I tried to nre-install them all, I was forced to use new APp and now can only get 1 hub with 1 camera to connect. No matter how I try to Add/Connect the others , n o joy. I have 3 different user ids. Driving me nuts. Must be soemthing simple. I have deleted 2 accounts to leave the working one, re-added the accounts, factory reset the hubs etc and still can't connect anything. Help please

What do you see on the basestation when you are trying to add them? Is there any error messages? Have you done a reset to the baseseations?

Thanks, The Base Station does what it should. I can add ONE camera and then that's it. Other base stations 'appear' to work, i.e, I can name them, the router polls them, a camera 'appears to connect (gfreen lite on hub) but app says no devices. I'm thinking must be software or fact I don't have a plan. Just can't gave 3 hubs , 7 cameras and can only get 1 hub/1camera connecting. I had all devics working , no issues, for years. I'm not a genius, but think I know how to reset,factory reset, connect etc. Very strange

Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
